The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an experienced Area Manager to oversee and support our centres across the Newcastle area.
This role is perfect for a hands‐on leader who thrives on building robust teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering the best outcomes for children, families, and team members.
Your day-to-day
Oversee the daily operations of multiple centres within your region
Lead, mentor, and inspire Centre Managers and their teams
Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
Drive performance, quality, and engagement across your centres
Foster a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement




Build strong relationships with families, team, and the wider community
About You
Proven experience in a multi‐site leadership role (Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Operations Manager, or similar)
Strong knowledge of early childhood education and care regulations
Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others
A results‐driven mindset, balancing compliance, quality, and commercial outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsResilience, adaptability, and a strong commitment to safety
Hold a valid Working with Children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement
