As a Lifestyle Carer at Piper House, you will help create meaningful moments and connections for our aged care residents.Key responsibilitiesDesign and deliver engaging lifestyle programs that promote social interaction, emotional wellbeing, and a sense of purpose for residents.Facilitate group and individual activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities.Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity through meaningful engagement.Collaborate with care teams to integrate lifestyle support into holistic care plans.Encourage participation and build robust relationships with residents and families.What we're looking forWe need a warm, empathetic and creative individual who is passionate about enhancing the lives of older people and who shares our values of integrity, justice, compassion, and excellence.Qualifications and experienceCertificate IV in Leisure and Health,



or a Bachelor's or Diploma in Health Science or Community Services.Experience in planning and delivering lifestyle or recreational activities.Current First Aid and CPR certification.Valid NSW Driver's Licence (preferred).
NDIS Worker Screening Check (required).
Availability to work permanent Tuesday and Thursday shifts (9am-5pm).
