The Position
We present an exciting chance for an experienced property manager to join our office and expanding team.
As a proactive property manager, you will manage a medium size folio and play a pivotal role from day one.
In this position you will gain broad exposure to all areas of property management.
Overseeing daily property management tasks
Liaising with keystakeholders
Maintaining accurate communicationrecords
Strong time management, prioritisation and organisationalskills
Coordinate and facilitate routine and open inspections
Maintain up to date maintenancerecords

About You
Current Certificate of Registration orFull Licence
Property Management experience
Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle to get to and from work
Exceptional attention to detail
