About the Role
As the ServiceNow Platform Administrator, you will support the management and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform across the IT function, working closely with key stakeholders to administer, configure, and enhance ServiceNow so that it effectively supports IT Service Management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform
Develop and implement platform enhancements
Configure and manage Service Catalogue items and Request Items
Support ITSM processes including Change, Configuration, Event, and Release Management
Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions




Troubleshoot and resolve platform‐related issues
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
Required Experience and Qualifications
Solid hands‐on ServiceNow Administration experience
Experience with Service Catalogue development and Request Item (RITM) management
Practical knowledge of ITSM and ITIL frameworks
Experience across Change, Configuration, Event, and Release Management processes
Experience working within a large corporate or enterprise setting
