Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining financial performance, and upholding company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
Manage schedules, payroll,



and labor costs
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue
Control costs and meet profitability goals
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
Robust leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Financial management and budgeting experience
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant best practices
