We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Officer to join our team and help support our operations.
Job Summary
The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of quality goods.
This role is vital to maintaining effective operations and cost control across the company's supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to forecast demand.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply issues or discrepancies.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain positive vendor relationships.
Requirements




• Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer, Procurement Officer, or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software (e.g., Attache, MYOB, NET SUITE or similar).
