Job DescriptionDXC's Insurance Software and BPS (ISB) helps insurers around the world modernise and run their core operations at scale by combining deep industry expertise, proven software platforms, and cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.About the RoleRegister certificates and process payments of accounts and weekly payments received on behalf of employers, injured workers, providers and the Victorian WorkCover Authority in relation to injured worker's compensation claims.Manage weekly payment of entitlements.Perform data entry for individual claims portfolios.Deal with high risk calls with patients.Process claims requests in adherence to company policies, laws and regulations.QualificationsCustomer service experience within a medical or corporate environment.Strong written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with patients, medical,
paramedical and legal practitioners.Sensitivity to issues related to people with medical, cultural and social needs.Technically capable of working across multiple platforms and self-sufficient with troubleshooting systems.Claims management processing abilities – e.g., file noting.Ability to work in a rapidly changing, sometimes high‐pressured setting.Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.We are an Equal Chance Employer.
