Loader Operator | Redpath Mining | Dugald River Project2/2 Roster | FIFO | Full-Time PermanentRedpath Mining is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Loader Operator to join our team at the Dugald River Project in Queensland.
Working as part of a high-performing underground mining team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of underground load‐haul‐dump (LHD) equipment while contributing to production targets and maintaining Redpath's strong safety culture.ResponsibilitiesSafely and efficiently operate underground loader equipment in accordance with site standards and procedures.Complete assigned tasks and production activities as directed by Supervisors, supporting site production priorities and plans.Apply effective loading techniques to maximise productivity while maintaining a protected working setting.Maintain work areas to a high standard, including floor conditions, windrow removal, stockpile management, and stope brow sprinkler setup.Comply with all Redpath and client safety, operational, and site‐specific procedures at all times.QualificationsMinimum 3 years' experience operating in an underground mining environment.Current Loader Ticket, with experience operating Sandvik loaders highly regarded.Valid Manual Driver's Licence, Current First Aid & CPR,
