A family-owned business, we are currently seeking a Hospitality Superstar to join the front of house team on a casual basis, through summer.
Who should apply:
We are looking for someone who loves being around people and delighting customers, through exceptional customer service time after time.
You need to have a genuine passion for food, wine and even coffee and have a consistently high standard for presentation.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and organisation.




Always offer the highest quality experience for customers.
Maximise sales revenue by fully engaging and educating the consumer.
Ensure Cellar Door & Eatery presentation standards are maintained
Ideal candidates will have:
At least 1 years FOH hospitality experience
Valuable wine and food knowledge
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A current RSA for Tasmania
Positive attitude, well mannered and well presented
Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends, day time hours only
