At our Burnside clinic, you'll be the face of Dental Boutique as a Patient Coordinator – a trusted advisor and treatment guide.

What You'll Be Doing
Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
Handle phone and online enquiries with confidence and care
Support patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry to conversion




Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
