Based in Osborne Park, this role supports clients through their build journey, ensuring communication is seamless and expectations are met.
You'll act as the key link between clients and the internal construction team, helping maintain the builder's strong reputation for service and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client communication from contract stage through to handover
Coordinate updates, documentation, and approvals
Work closely with construction, admin, and prestart teams
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the build
Handle queries, variations, and general support tasks

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Confidence working in a quick-paced, high-volume workplace
