About the Role
KC Mastermind Pty Ltd is a high-performance entrepreneur brand with 1M+ Instagram followers and a fast-growing YouTube presence.
We need a creative powerhouse who can think, shoot, and execute at the highest level.
This is not a basic videographer role.
You'll be the creative brain behind our content — developing ideas, writing scripts, shooting, and editing across Instagram and YouTube.
You'll work directly in office with the founder at Sanctuary Cove.
Location: On-site only — Sanctuary Cove, QLD (must commute daily)
What You'll Be Doing
Developing content ideas and creative strategy across Instagram and YouTube
Writing scripts for YouTube videos and short-form content
In office filming and photography at Sanctuary Cove
Video and photo editing to a premium standard
Staying ahead of content trends and platform algorithms
End-to-end ownership of content — from concept to published
What We Need
Proven experience in content creation, videography, and editing — minimum 2 years
Solid scriptwriting ability — you can write content that sounds like the founder,
not like a press release
Excellent camera and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent)
Creative thinker who brings ideas, not just execution
Based on the Gold Coast — must commute to Sanctuary Cove daily
Portfolio of real work you've produced — non-negotiable
Bonus Points
Experience with personal brand or influencer content
Understanding of Instagram and YouTube growth
Photography skills alongside video
