The Residential Group currently operates 88 aged care homes across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia, including the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.Role OverviewAs a Personal Care Worker you will support residents by providing high‐quality, safe and timely contemporary personal care.
Your focus will be on assisting with daily living functions and ensuring residents maintain independence, dignity and comfort.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with self‐care needs, protected mobility and transfers.Complete required documentation for each resident's care plan.Provide companionship and support to enhance residents' wellbeing.Collaborate with clinical and allied health teams to deliver person‐centred care.Qualifications and ExperienceCertificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent).
Experience in aged care is highly regarded.Valid working rights in Australia (e.g., passport,



birth certificate).
Prior to commencement, complete a National Police Check and/or an NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain).
