ResponsibilitiesSupport young people in a safe, welcoming residential environment.Build trusted relationships and encourage positive engagement.Deliver life skills programs, including budgeting, cooking, hygiene, healthy relationships, and independent living.Work within a case management framework to achieve positive outcomes.Maintain accurate client records and case notes.Respond to incidents professionally and contribute to a safe workplace.Connect young people with community supports and services.Transport clients safely using Salvation Army vehicles.Work collaboratively with a dedicated and supportive team.QualificationsCertificate IV or higher in Youth Work, Community Services, Social Work or a related qualification.Experience supporting young people, ideally within alcohol and other drug, mental health, or community services.Solid communication, relationship-building and crisis intervention skills.The ability to work collaboratively while using sound judgement in challenging situations.Essential RequirementsCurrent Driver Licence.Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
