Job Description
What You'll Do
Based in Hobart, you'll support NDIS participants across a wide-ranging and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
You'll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships, and seeing the progress you help create.
You'll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications
What You'll Need
AHPRA registration
Driver's licence and own vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
