The Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria is seeking an Aboriginal Intensive Support Practitioner to provide culturally secure, intensive case management to Aboriginal youth involved in the justice system.
This full‐time, ongoing role is based in Dandenong or Frankston with regional flexibility.You will work with families, Elders and local services to support diversion, rehabilitation and reintegration, while adhering to values‐led practice and contributing to a supportive team.
