SRG Global Asset Care are seeking a highly organised Quality & Training Administrator to support the delivery and administration of quality and technical training programs across the business.
This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with systems, data, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to drive training compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and administer internal and external training programs, including scheduling, stakeholder liaison, and resource management.
• Maintain training systems, records, databases, and compliance documentation.
• Support document control, data management, and quality system processes.
• Prepare training and quality reports, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Assist with quality and training improvement initiatives, projects, and funding opportunities.
About You:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in administration, document control, or a similar support role.
• Exposure to quality and training processes and compliance requirements.
• Solid Microsoft Office and systems administration skills.




• Excellent organisational skills with solid attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Solid communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach.
• Cert IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
