AEM Sheetmetal is a sheetmetal manufacturing company based in Wangara where sheetmetal products, typically cabinets, are punched/lasered, bent, welded, powder coated and assembled for various industries.
The Role
An apprentice is required to work fulltime Monday - Friday under the certificate "Engineering Fabrication Trade (Sheetmetal)".
Throughout the 4 year apprenticeship you will learn the sheet metal trade, learning how to weld and operate machinery including a laser, turret punch and press brake.
You will occasionally be required to travel to North Metropolitan Tafe Midland campus in 2 week blocks.
Tafe course fees will be covered by AEM Sheetmetal.
