About the RoleHelping to create a home that residents love, you'll take pride in delivering care standards that are of the highest level.ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement and maintain lifestyle programs in line with residents' needs and preferences.Maintain and document appropriate budgetary requirements.Provide guidance in Lifestyle Assistant recruitment.Conduct individualized assessments, set lifestyle goals for residents and implement programs to help them achieve these goals.Provide current and cutting-edge ideas to engage residents.Offer one‐on‐one support to residents with cognitive impairment, including individualized therapy activities and specific programs designed to prevent or manage particular conditions or behaviors and to enhance quality of life.Build genuine relationships with residents and their families.Create exciting programs that reach social, emotional,



and spiritual fulfillment.Coordinate group activities inside and outside of the home.Work closely with the wider support team to meet residents' needs.Provide training and supervision of junior staff and volunteers.QualificationsHas a Certificate III in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent).
