We're expanding our MiMembership team and seeking a motivated, detail-focused Customer Support Officer to join our VIC, Moorabbin team.MiMembership is our industry-leading membership management system, designed to make club administrators' lives easier by helping them efficiently manage member accounts, payments, communications, and integrations with other club systems, including MiClub Golf, Accounting Software and Point of Sale.In this front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for clubs using MiMembership — providing friendly, accurate,



and qualified support to ensure a smooth experience for our clients.Key responsibilities:Provide front-line customer support via phone and emailTroubleshoot and resolve membership and account queriesLog and track support cases with attention to detailCollaborate with internal teams to identify and test solutionsMaintain transparent documentation and follow-up communicationAbout you:Solid written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident using and learning new technologyExperience in customer service, admin, or IT support preferredA proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitudeKnowledge or experience with General Ledger or Accounting systems would be an advantageWhy MiClub?
