With sweeping views of the city and Swan River, Rambla on Swan has established itself as a successful business in the Perth hospitality scene.
The role
As the Manager on Duty, you will work closely with the established team to ensure each guest receives a high-quality experience.
You will be required to ensure the smooth day to day running of the venue, including staff training, equipment management, and customer service.
Your working week will consist of managing lunch & dinner sessions, supporting the departments during service, and opening & closing of the venue.
Previous experience and skills
You must have a previous experience of successfully leading a team in a similar workplace.




You have a naturally friendly personality to compliment your professionalism and the capacity to effectively organise your time and energy levels.
You must be able to demonstrate a high level of technical skills and product knowledge and be able to work effectively without supervision.
You must hold a current Unrestricted Approved Managers Red Card.
