What You'll Be Doing
Listing and selling residential properties
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Prospecting for recent business prospects
Conducting appraisals, home opens, and private inspections
Negotiating sales contracts to achieve the best outcomes for clients
Managing your sales pipeline and consistently meeting performance targets
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales process
Working collaboratively with our experienced sales and support teams
What We're Looking For
Minimum
2 years' experience
in residential real estate sales
Current
WA Real Estate Sales Representative Registration or Real Estate Licence
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating listings




Solid negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
Professional presentation with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
