We are seeking passionate and experienced Casual Duty Managers to join our team at Island Market.
Island Market Trigg offers coastal dining with 200-degree views of the Indian Ocean.
We are open daily from 8 am until late, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a menu that showcases Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and fresh Western Australian produce.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant/café operations during shifts, ensuring a smooth and seamless guest experience.
Lead, support, and motivate staff in a fast-paced hospitality workplace.
Manage opening and closing procedures, including end-of-day reconciliation and cash handling.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and confidently.
Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and team performance.
About You
Previous experience Duty Manager role, ideally within cafés, or restaurants.




Strong leadership and multitasking skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
Available to work evenings, weekends, school holidays, and public holidays as required.
Reliable, trustworthy, and confident leading a team.
Ambitious and motivated to grow your career within a supportive and expanding company.
Must have Approved Manager certification.
