The role focuses on providing operational support across the Ageing Well Department, delivering high‐quality customer service to Ageing Well consumers, program participants and residents, and handling administrative activities related to contract management, service planning, performance reporting and more.ResponsibilitiesProvide operational support within the Ageing Well Department.Deliver high‐quality customer service to Ageing Well consumers, program participants and residents.Manage contracts,
