About the role
This is a part-time Administrator role with a company providing fire protection solutions to SE Qld and Northern NSW .
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the broader team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, coordinating, and managing correspondence of appointments
Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and physical
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Support the procurement of office supplies and manage inventory
Contribute to the implementation of efficient office procedures and systems
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required
Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as directed by the management team
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the fire safety, construction or service industry
Robust organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a skilled and customer-focused approach
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Adaptability and a willingness to learn new systems and processes
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
