What we are looking for We are looking for experienced meat processing staff to join our business at Batchelor on a full time basis
About you Ideal applicant will possess the following: Must
Have: Previous experience (ideally 2+ years) in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering duties Certificate III Meat Processing (or equivalent)
Knowledge and understanding of different rotations High level knife sharpening skills Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred:
