What You'll Do
Design and solve advanced, multi-disciplinary problems that challenge and improve AI reasoning capabilities
Apply your domain expertise to develop complex, academically rigorous problem sets with real-world relevance
Review and evaluate AI-generated solutions for depth, accuracy, and intellectual rigor
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to improve model performance
Ensure clarity, precision, and academic integrity across all deliverables
Who You Are




Holder of a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field
Experienced researcher with a robust track record of publications, advanced projects, or original inquiry
Exceptionally precise in written communication — you can explain complex ideas clearly and concisely
Self-directed and reliable when working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
Fluent in English and based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or Current Zealand
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
Background spanning multiple technical disciplines
