Role DescriptionThis full time, in office Sales Representative role is based in Perth, WA.
The Sales Representative will engage with residential and commercial customers, explain product features and benefits across our full range, and recommend tailored solutions.
Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting site visits, preparing quotes, and following up to close sales.




The role involves collaborating with our factory and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery and an excellent customer experience.
The Sales Representative will also maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
QualificationsStrong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Sales and negotiation skills, including experience with prospecting, presenting products, and closing deals in a B2C or B2B workplace.Basic technical aptitude and product knowledge skills to explain product features, benefits, and installation considerations clearly.Organizational and time-management skills to manage appointments, site visits, and follow-ups efficiently.Clear verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.Previous sales experience in building products, home improvement, or related industries is an advantage.Comfort working on-site and traveling locally around Perth and wider WA as required.Valid driver's license and the right to work in Australia.
