We are seeking an experienced dedicated and inspiring
Centre Director
to lead our early learning centre and create a positive, nurturing, and high-quality setting for children, families, and educators.
About the Role
As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the centre.
You will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintain high standards of care and education, and foster strong relationships with families and the local community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood programs
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and relevant regulations
Oversee daily operations, including staffing, enrolments, and budgeting
Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning setting
Drive continuous improvement and centre performance
About You




Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
Previous Centre Director exeperience is a must
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an early childhood setting
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
Current Working With Children Check and First Aid certification
