Roster: 8 Days on / 6 Days Off .
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
As part of our People Services team, you will deliver quality customer service to provide strong administrative support to the Mobilisation team and broader business.
This is a busy role, working in a rapid-paced environment reporting to the Mobilisation Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Mobilise contractors globally to all Fortescue sites and projects.Ensure recent starters have met mandatory prerequisites.Maintain a high consistent level of service delivery to customers.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Process a high volume of mobilisation requests ensuring data integrity and quality control.
Qualifications And Experience
Previous experience in a similar role working in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.Advanced Excel, CMS, SAP, SAM & SuccessFactors experience highly preferable.Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail.Excellent customer service skillset with experience dealing with multiple customers.A positive attitude and an ability to work as part of a team.
