Are you an experienced Payroll Officer looking for your next opportunity?
We are partnering with a leading utilities organisation to recruit a dedicated professional to join their payroll team on a temporary ongoing basis.
Your recent role
As a Payroll Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
This position is critical to maintaining smooth payroll operations during a busy period and will involve working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain compliance.
Accurately input payroll data, including timesheet information, into the payroll system.
Ensure timely completion of payroll processes to meet fortnightly deadlines.
Process reimbursements, recent starters, and exits in line with company policy.




Respond to employee payroll queries via email and phone.
Prioritise tasks effectively during the payroll cycle and resolve issues promptly.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar payroll role.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
