Paddock Bakery is expanding and we are looking to grow our Supervisory team!
This is your chance to take a guiding role in the operations of one of the Gold Coast's favourite venues in an exciting expansion phase.
Established in Paddock Bakery quickly put itself on the map with delectable treats, to die for breakfasts and of course an incredible coffee offering.
The little idyllic Queenslander house in Burleigh was quickly transformed into a thriving hospitality hotspot and has been growing ever since.
Now housing 300 seats across several rooms and levels all within our tranquil neighbourhood setting and operating from 6am to 3pm, 7 days a week.
We are searching for an experienced industry hand to assist in the day-to-day operation of the venue.
Assisting to overseeing our team of 90 people you will be responsible for all facets of the venue's operation including assisting with compliance, team training and ensuring our high standards are consistently adhered to.
The successful candidate will be supported by a team of supervisors, kitchen management and our head barista, they will report directly to the Venue & Assistant Venue Manager.
With endless opportunities to grow within an ever expanding hospitality group this position will be ideally suited to a career minded hospitality qualified.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive management experience, preferably within a high intensity venue but will require at a minimum:
1 year people management experience
Experience with leading and/or working within large teams
Experience maintaining high standards of product quality and staff performance
Ensuring above and beyond dedication to customer service
Experience with counting and reconciling tills
QLD RSA Certificate
