HOBAN Recruitment is partnering with a well-established national transport and logistics organisation that provides freight and supply chain solutions across Australia.
Due to increased operational demands, we are seeking a versatile and reliable Warehouse Administrator / Forklift Operator to join their team.
This is a wide-ranging role suited to someone who enjoys both administrative and warehouse responsibilities, with duties split between office-based coordination and hands-on warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Warehouse Systems
Processing and keying customer orders accurately into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Data entry and inventory administration
Updating shipment and warehouse records
Coordinating with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order processing
General administrative support as required
Warehouse Operations
Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
RF scanning and inventory management
Picking and packing orders
Loading and unloading freight
Assisting with stock movements and warehouse housekeeping
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Strong data entry and administration skills




Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse workplace
Current Forklift Licence (LF)
Ability to confidently move between office and warehouse duties
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Robust communication and organisational skills
Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently
What's on Offer
TBC - approx $36-$38 per hour (depending on experience)
Ongoing casual, fulltime equivalent (Mon to Fri)

start and finish times varying based on daily operational requirements
