We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in the hydraulics, pneumatics, and engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day management of workshop/warehouse.
Support the Branch Manager in achieving business objectives.
Provide technical advice and customer support for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Coordinate staff, schedules, and workflow to ensure productive operations.
Maintain high standards of workplace safety and quality control.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics,



mechanical engineering.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Sound technical knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic components and systems.
Computer literacy and experience with inventory.
A valid driver's licence.
