With a stable staff of 10+ accountants plus multiple bookkeepers and administrators, this is a busy and professional setting.
With a slight reshuffle of the administration team, a new varied and interesting full-time, permanent position has become available.
If you have previous experience in the accounting/finance sector as an administrator, you are well-organised and keen to grow professionally, this is a outstanding opportunity.
Robust IT and communication skills are also key to success in this interesting role.
The role will pay up to about $80,000 plus super, depending on experience, full training in processes etc will be provided and parking is also available on site.
Some of the varied duties will include:Onboarding of new clientsAssisting with lodgements with the ATOSupporting the Admin Manager in a wide range of admin tasksManaging reception, messages,



mail and office visitorsAssisting with transition of practice software from MYOB to XeroExploring use of IT and AI in the accounting workplacePreparing and managing documents and correspondenceElectronic and physical filingLiaison with clients, ATO, professional staff and suppliersPlus, a wide range of current and developing tasks during the reshuffling of the admin team.
