Senior Digital Performance Manager

The RoleAs Senior Digital Performance Manager, you will lead the delivery and optimisation of digital performance campaigns across key clients.You will manage larger and more complex campaigns across search, social and programmatic, ensuring work is accurate, effective and commercially managed.You will also contribute to digital strategy, test-and-learn planning, measurement, reporting and channel recommendations.This role will suit someone who is technically solid, confident with clients and able to turn performance data into clear, useful recommendations.
About You· Proven experience managing SEM and paid social campaigns · Solid digital performance,



optimisation and reporting experience · Advanced platform knowledge across multiple digital channels · Desired experience across programmatic platforms including DV360 or The Trade Desk · Confidence leading client performance conversations · Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into insight · Robust attention to detail and commercial awareness · Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills · Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams · A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving ways of working
