Responsibilities
Support daily store operations.
Coach, develop and motivate team members.
Create an inclusive, inspirational environment.
Deliver excellent customer experiences with support from Regional Management.
Lead by example, living out the store values: honesty, bravery, integrity, innovation, and optimism.
Spearhead recent directions for DECJUBA to drive sales success.
Qualifications
Passion for fashion with strong visual merchandising and styling skills.
Previous experience in a medium to large retail environment.
Leadership and management skills, eager to grow through hands‐on and virtual training.
Strong communication and relationship‐building abilities.
