Over three decades of industry experience and robust leadership, the team is now expanding into Queensland with key appointments already made they are now looking for a Senior CA or Contracts Manager to join the team.
This client has decades and a large number of well known developments across Australia now growing the delivery team it is a perfect time to join in delivering some of Queensland's most exciting projects.
The Role
A Senior CA or Contracts Manager to join the team prior to projects commencing.
Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account.
Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint.
Monthly budget management and reporting.
Team building and staff development/oversight.
Experience/Qualifications Required




Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or similar
A track record as a Senior Contracts Administration gained over 5+ yrs with experience of commercial build projects.
An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Experience delivering commercial towers or apartments with values over $50m.
Whats on offer
$170,000 - $210,000 + Superannuation (negotiable for the right experience)
Joining a national tier 2 with a strong pipeline of work with repeat clients.
