We are seeking a
Workshop Manager
to join our management team.
This position requires managing a dedicated team that serves the company's rapid-paced
retail and trade sales and the
automotive locksmithing
&
special keying department
.
A
4- to 6-month transition training program
will be provided to the successful applicant.
This is a salary position; the successful applicant will be offered an
above award package
based on their current experience & their future management position.
You will be employed under the company's current EBA, which allows for
all contemporary-day entitlements
.
Basic Requirements
Qld Security Licence




Experience in the Locksmithing Industry
Excellent customer service skills & communication skills.
Ability to train others
QLD Manual Driver's Licence
A Team Player willing to learn & implement recent technology within the industry & company.
Willing & able to follow and implement company policies & procedures.
Technical Requirements
Experience with Promaster PM8 Master Keying Program
Experience with Cloning & Diagnostic Automotive Work
Experience in Retail Counter Sales
