The Role
As our Broker Partnership Associate, you'll be right at the heart of our broker ecosystem.
You'll work closely with our Partnership Managers to support, train, and engage brokers so they get real value from our platform.
You'll be the friendly face brokers trust, onboarding them, running demos, solving problems, and proactively keeping them engaged.

What You'll Be Doing
Partnering with our Partnership Managers to build solid, long-term relationships with brokers
Guiding brokers through onboarding with fast, clear, and helpful support
Training brokers and their teams to get the most out of our platform
Running platform demos that clearly showcase our features and value
Being the go-to person for broker questions and day-to-day support




Proactively engaging the broker back book to drive usage and adoption
Creating and refreshing training resources and user guides
Sharing ideas and contributing to sales strategies and product improvements
What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in lending or broker support (broker or lender side)
Solid understanding of lending, SME lending experience is a big plus
A natural communicator who builds rapport easily
Tech‐savvy and comfortable using CRM and customer engagement tools
Organised, proactive, and great at juggling priorities
A problem‐solver who adapts quickly in a fast‐moving setting
Self‐driven but thrives as part of a cooperative, supportive team
