Chin Chin Sydney — located in the historic Griffiths Tea building in Surry Hills — is a large, award‐winning restaurant that serves Southeast Asian flavours.
We feed in excess of 8,000 people weekly and are part of Lucas Collective, a leading hospitality group.
We are looking for passionate and experienced chefs to join our team.
This role offers a full‐time and casual chance with growth and professional development in a fast‐paced, high‐volume dining environment.
Ideal Candidate Must Have
Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie in an a la carte workplace
Experience with larder, wok and grill work (advantageous)
Knowledge of Asian cuisine (highly regarded)
Experience in high‐volume, fast‐paced restaurant environments




Resilience and ability to perform in high‐pressure service periods
Robust work ethic and a "can do" attitude
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of food safety standards
Willingness to work a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays
