We're on the hunt for passionate Assistant Store Managers to join our team at Southland.

In a nutshell, our Assistant Store Managers support Store Managers in running day‐to‐day operations, leading and developing a team, and contributing to strategy to optimise sales, customer experience and store performance.
Job Description
Previous people‐leadership experience in a similar customer‐facing role
The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Previous sales experience with the ability to educate your team and customers about our products and how they help customers meet their goals
An active interest in physical health and well‐being
A self‐starter with proven experience in multi‐tasking, teamwork and working in a fast‐paced environment




Previous experience working with footwear would be advantageous but is not essential – we value a willingness to learn and love our brand!
Availability to work a full‐time Tuesday – Sunday set roster
