This role requires a solid inventory and planning skill set along with outstanding leadership and collaboration skills, with an eye towards outstanding customer outcomes.

Description
Develop and implement strategies to optimise logistics and inventory operations.
Oversee inventory control and warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, along with driving continuous improvement across the supply chain function.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Prepare and present reports on logistics performance to senior management
Profile
To be successful in the role you should have:
A strong background in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management
Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.

Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and performance.
Proficiency in using software and tools to improve operational efficiency.
Job Offer
Competitive salary package ranging from $130,000 to $145,000 AUD.
