The Role
Work alongside the lead ECT within the Kindy room!
Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and implement creative and engaging educational programs
Track and document each child's learning and development journey
Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating settings for all children
Develop tailored learning plans to support each child's individual growth
Provide hands on guidance to help children achieve their developmental milestones
Role Requirements
Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Current Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)
Valid First Aid, CPR, Child Protection and Food Safety Certificates
Strong verbal and written communication skills
