Job purpose
Dingbro are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Apprentice to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic prospect to start a career in the Automotive industry, learning hands‐on skills while working towards a recognised qualification.
What will I learn?
As a Parts Apprentice, you will support the day‐to‐day running of the parts department, gaining practical experience in stock control, customer service, and logistics within a busy commercial workshop environment.
You will work closely with experienced staff who will guide and support you throughout your apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with ordering, receiving, and storing vehicle parts
Picking and issuing parts to workshop technicians




Helping maintain accurate stock records
Dealing with internal and external customers in person and over the phone
Supporting general warehouse and parts department duties
Learning to identify commercial vehicle components
What qualifications or qualities are required?
A strong interest in vehicles, mechanics, or the automotive industry
Willingness to learn and develop recent skills
Positive communication and teamwork abilities
Basic IT and numeracy skills
Reliability and a positive attitude
No prior experience required – full training provided
