Store Manager / 2IC – Carousel Store
Responsibilities
Lead and support a dedicated crew of body piercers, keeping the energy high and customer experiences exemplary.
Backed by an Area Manager, you will take the reins on your store's operational success, whether owning it as Store Manager or driving it forward as 2IC.
Qualifications
A genuine interest in the Body Piercing/Jewellery world
Leadership exposure and the ability to bring out the best in a team
Experience in Beauty or Fashion Retail leadership (no piercing experience required)
A love for creating outstanding customer experiences
Cool, calm and collected under pressure
A commitment to nailing processes, policies and compliance, even on the busiest days
Requirements
All SkinKandy Body Piercers need their Maintaining Infection Control certification (HLTINF005)



before starting.
No prior piercing experience is required; full piercing training will be provided.
