Warehouse Administrator

Reports to: Warehouse Manager, Mindyarra Maintenance Centre, Dubbo.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision and tracking of rejected materials in Dubbo.
Coordinate material shipments to suppliers for analysis or return.
Prepare required documentation and manage transport for material shipments.
Coordinate and prepare shipments between Beasain and Dubbo plants, including inter‐company sales operations and transfer of materials via STO processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in warehouse administration or material handling.
Solid organizational and tracking skills.
Ability to coordinate logistics and documentation for shipments.
Knowledge of inter-company shipment processes and STO (Stock Transfer Order) is an advantage.
