About the OpportunityOur client is a well-established Financial Planning and Accounting firm with 100+ staff.
They are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join their well-structured.
This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys managing the end-to-end client experience, supporting advisers, and joining meetings.
We are open to part time as well if this work best for you and your family.
Working closely with Financial Advisers, the Practice Manager and Administration team, you'll play a key role in maintaining exceptional client service standards while overseeing workflow, mentoring team members, and ensuring advice documentation is delivered accurately and on time.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage client appointments, ensuring all preparation is completed ahead of review meetings.Book client appointments and oversee the financial planning calendar.Review and quality assure Records of Advice (ROAs), Statements of Advice (SOAs) and client applications before presentation or submission.Submit investment,



superannuation and insurance applications and manage follow-up with product providers where required.Process investment transactions including switches, purchases, sales, withdrawals and portfolio rebalances.Act as the primary liaison between Advisers and the Administration team, allocating work and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.Handle client enquiries and provide exceptional service over the phone and via email.Provide training, coaching and ongoing support to new and existing team members.Work closely with the Practice Manager to prioritise workloads and continuously improve operational processes.
About YouTo be successful in this role you will ideally have:Previous experience in a Client Services Manager or Senior Client Services role within Financial Planning.Robust understanding of the financial advice process, including ROAs, SOAs and investment implementation.Experience working with investment and superannuation platforms such as Colonial First State, Macquarie, Asgard or similar.Experience using CRM and workflow management systems (Karbon or similar is advantageous).
