Collinsville Mine is a wellestablished open cut coal operation known for strong safety, productivity, and quality in office facilities.
What You Will Be Doing
Complete AOD screening (urine screening) on employees, contractors, and visitors as per the random site access system selection process.
Proposed hours (split shift) 5am to 11am and 5:30pm to 7.30pm, Monday to Thursday and the AM shift only on Fridays
Maintain strict confidentialityComplete/assist with completion of associated paperwork (AOD screening form, medical notification forms, chain of custody forms as required)Package non-negative samples and deliver to warehouse for dispatch to labAcknowledge selected names within the site access system when screening is completedCommunicate non-negative and high BAC recordings to key stakeholdersAssist the HST team with admin-based work as required
What You Will Need
Strong attention to detail,



integrity and transparent communication skillsCurrent Standard 11 or willingness to obtainAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screenDrivers licence
