We are expanding quick across Springvale South and surrounding areas and building an elite pool of top‐tier Home Care Workers to be first in line as our client base grows.
Responsibilities
Build genuine companionship with clients, reducing isolation and supporting emotional wellbeing.
Provide independence at home through personal care and assistance with light household duties, cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
Connect clients to the community by driving them to social activities, shopping and vital appointments.
Qualifications and Requirements
Solid background in domestic assistance, community transport and supporting independent living.
Strong communication skills:



accurate documentation and effective communication with families and coordinators.
Valid First Aid & CPR certificate, NDIS Worker Screening check and National Police check (or willingness to obtain them quickly).
A Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support is highly regarded but not mandatory.
